The workshop delivers tested techniques for keeping the workplace free of communication static and enhancing performance through assertive listening skills.

Presentation Skills is tailored to staff whose role includes conveying or acting on spoken instructions. This workshop is highly recommended for directors, managers, and supervisory staff who are required to give verbal and PowerPoint presentations.

This workshop focuses on in-person communication skills. It teaches participants to inform and influence co-workers through clear, focused presentations, and shows them how to earn their teams’ respect as an effective speaker, listener and presenter.

It also teaches how to speak to the media in sound bites that achieve maximum positive listener impact.
